CONNECT is NOT another training. It’s a week-long immersion exclusively for yoga teachers who want more. More depth in your practice. More time to explore the art of teaching. More connection with like-minded friends. Remember those post-class coffees with your yoga besties - swapping ideas, sharing inspiration, and plotting your next class? That’s the energy of CONNECT. Expect honest growth, career momentum, a real network - plus a damn good time doing it!

Alchemy retreat is a yoga holiday. A fun combination of practice and play. We will share together in a great week of yoga, asana and breath workshops, self-reflection and community, while also enjoy what this tropical paradise has to offer.
CONNECT is a retreat for yoga teachers. This is for you if you really want to deepen your practice, expand your teaching skills and surround yourself with like-minded friends and future collaborators.
I'M NEW TO YOGA, CAN I COME?
Yes, absolutely, but I'd recommend starting with Alchemy, then doing your teacher training and coming to CONNECT!
Please keep in mind that both retreats are practice immersions, with the physical aspect being a strong focus. We practice 2+ hours of yoga each day, plus workshops. So we recommend you having a current regular practice. If you have any further questions, send me an email at [email protected] ♡
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Short answer, no.
All Yoga related things are provided - mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.
However, we encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and anything else the you can't live without for a week.
You will receive an email with a suggested packing list before the retreat.
