Think arm balances, inversions and single leg balancing postures. These classes build the strength, steadiness and focus needed to explore your limits in all balancing postures.

Slow down, stretch it out and release the tension. Whether it's tight hips, a stiff neck or a sore back, these classes are about starting the day right, or ending with a good release.

Slow down, deepen your practice, connect with alignment and breath. These classes are a great place to build strong foundations, or for those wanting it a little slower & steadier.
