Evolv. challenges are dynamic, strong Vinyasa style classes. Each class is creatively sequenced and backed by a curated playlist. Get ready to sweat!
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Our 10-day yoga challenges are for everyone! They are open to all evolv. members and are a perfect opportunity to spice up your own practice.
These classes are faster-paced, so we do recommend having some previous Yoga experience.
WHAT DO I NEED?
All you need is a yoga mat and yourself. We won't need any other yoga props, however, you're more than welcome to use them if that supports your practice. You know your body best, so always adjust as you need to.
HOW DO I JOIN IN?
Spots in our challenges are limited and you must register to join in. Registration opens up when we announce the date for an upcoming challenge. Be sure that you've subscribed to the evolv. weekly newsletter so you don't miss out on any updates.
