I'M NEW! WHERE SHOULD I START?
If you are newer to yoga, we recommend starting with classes from theĀ STEADY and RELEASE categories. These classes focus more on Yoga fundamentals and transitions between postures at a slower and steadier pace. Once you have built a strong foundation, continue practicing with our more dynamic classes. We will always give options during each practice to take a path less or more advanced.
WHAT STYLE OF YOGA ARE THE CLASSES?
We share a style of Vinyasa (flow) that is grounded in the ancient roots of Yoga but curated to suit a modern practice. We incorporate the traditionalĀ elements of asana, pranayama and meditation into every class and set it all to a curated Spotify playlist. Classes do vary in pace and intensity, depending on the category's intention, butĀ the structureĀ is consistent throughout. It allows us to create a well-rounded experience by preparing the body to meet the challenge, then returning it to ease.
ARE THERE DIFFERENT CLASS LEVELS?
Yes, we do have slower classes like those from the STEADY and RELEASE categories. We recommend these for people looking to build a strong foundation, or those wanting it a little deeper and steadier. During each class there will always be options to increase or reduce your level of advancement. Read more about each category on the 'classes' page.
WHAT DO I NEED?
All you need is a yoga mat and yourself! Some of our classes also include the use of additional props but we always give alternatives if you don't have them.
ARE THE CLASSES PRE-RECORDED?
Yes, all of our classes are on-demand so you can practice wherever and whenever you choose.
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
Our classes are either 60 minutes, 45 minutes or 30 minutes and vary depending on the class category. Read more about each category on the 'classes' page.
DO THE CLASSES HAVE MUSIC?
Yes and no. All of our classes are curated to amazing playlists on Spotify - that way you can choose if you want to practice with music or not. If you don't want music, don't turn it on. If you want to practice with music, hit play on the Spotify playlist and let the beats energise your flow!
