Move with effortless momentum. The concept of time fades. Your attention fully immersed in what we're doing. That's Flow state. Explore fluidity in practice and workshop what flow state means.
AIR
Break down the key components of arm balances and inversions, then take flight in class! Going upside down can be scary but we will learn how to get there with safety and confidence.
PLUS PLENTY OF TIME TO REST & ENJOY PARADISE.
With retreat programming being mornings and evenings, there is plenty of time to unwind throughout the day. Enjoy the East Coast of Bali, relax by the pool, enjoy a massage, or visit the Recovery Centre. Whatever you do, you'll be doing it with an amazing group of new friends.

Base accommodation at Alchemy consists of Hotel Komune Resort Rooms. Each Resort Room features your choice of a queen bed or two single beds, with a private ensuite with shower. Choose between the 3 available offers:
Private: Enjoy your own Resort Room just for you.
Twin Share: Share your Resort Room with a new friend.
Buddy Up: Share your Resort Room with a buddy at a discount.
You can upgrade your room to a Komune Suite or Beachfront Pool Suite (for Private or Buddy Up purchases) after purchasing your retreat spot. See below for details.

I'M NEW TO YOGA, CAN I COME?
Yes, absolutely!
Think of this as a 5-day yoga holiday. While we recommend you having a current regular practice, it's not essential. We practice for 2 hours each morning and workshop for 2 hours in the afternoon. In between is your time for reading, hanging, swimming, chatting, and everything else you do on a holiday.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Short answer, no.
All Yoga related things are provided - mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.
However, we encourage you to bring your own Yoga mat and anything else the you can't live without.
You will receive an email with a suggested packing list before the retreat.
