Remedy
Retreat
YOUR PRACTICE, TAKEN FURTHER
An immersion into the practice
you've built your life around.
Remedy is our seven-day retreat in the hills of North Ubud. Dive into the physical, the philosophical, and the lessons this ancient practice reveals along the way. Each day is a progressive experience where the practice deepens, the body opens, and the wisdom of yoga works to redefine your life. The way you move. The way you see. The way you show up.
Remedy is held and guided by Christine from evolv. and Nat from Yoga South West in the rejuvenating beauty of North Ubud's Bagus Jati — a world-class wellness retreat nestled in the jungle hills above the valley. Enjoy plenty of your own time to immerse yourself in nature, in the luxury, or simply in the kind of stillness that only Bali delivers. It's the container that makes going deeper in your practice possible.
Yoga has always been a tool to direct the mind toward what matters. Remedy is your week to explore what that means for you.
RESET · DEEPEN · EXPAND
The Experience
Days at Remedy have
a rhythm to them.
Early morning meditation and breath exploration opens the body and settles the mind. A deep physical practice follows — two hours of Vinyasa that asks much of you but gives back even more. Breakfast is followed by a pondering session. Where we sit, we question, we apply the lessons learned in yogic philosophy to our everyday life. It's the magic that takes the practice beyond your mat. The afternoon is for you to enjoy, entirely unscheduled. The pool, the spa, the valley, a book, silence, warm chats with new friends.
Late afternoon we meet again for a workshop that closes the loop on each day's theme.
Six to seven hours of yoga in all its forms. The rest is free time. That balance is intentional — because integration is part of the practice.
The Teachers
When they're in the room
together, people listen.
Christine and Nat have taught together for close to a decade. Workshops, intensives, retreats, events — they've shared the space in almost every yoga setting yoga. And in that time they've developed something that simply can't be manufactured. There's a play between them — Nat yin, Christine yang — that makes the teaching land differently. The message is clear and precise, but never heavy. It's down to earth. It's joyful. It's the kind of teaching that challenges you but at the same time holds you. Between them they bring a depth of experience, a quality of delivery, and a genuine love for this practice that is simply uncommon in the yoga world.

Five hectares of hillside gardens, dense tropical forest, and sweeping mountain views — far enough from town to feel like a different world entirely. The air is cooler here. The sounds are different. The pace slows the moment you arrive.
Guided by the Balinese philosophy of Tri Hita Karana — harmony between humans, nature, and the divine — every aspect of the property is designed to create balance. Spacious villas with verandas and jungle views. An infinity pool overlooking the forest. A world-class spa with steam room, jacuzzi, and Ayurvedic treatments. The Surya Restaurant serving a wide range of cuisines, with signature healthy meals, authentic Balinese food and grilled menu all served from the freshest, organic ingredients — views across the river valley to Mount Agung included. And the enclosed yoga shala fronting the jungle is the kind of space that makes you want to practice.
This is the container. This is where we retreat. And it earns its place in the week.

THE QUESTIONS
Everything
you need to know.
Is Remedy for me?
Remedy is for anyone ready to dive deeper into what the practice means — on and off the mat. If yoga is already a consistent part of your life and you're curious about where it can take you, you're in the right place.
A regular practice is definitely recommended, as morning classes are two hours and the week includes workshop and philosophy components. You don't need a background in yogic philosophy, but you do need to feel comfortable on your mat.
This is not a beginner's retreat, and it's not a wishy-washy, bit here, bit there yoga holiday. Remedy is an investment in your practice and the guidance that yoga offers.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. A deposit secures your spot and the balance is due closer to the retreat date. Reach out to us directly to discuss payment options.
What's included and what's not?
Included: six nights accommodation, all breakfasts and dinners (a la carte or buffet depending on the number of guests), one hour Balinese massage, Balinese Blessing ceremony, exclusive use of the yoga shala, all programming, access to pool, gym, hot jacuzzi and herbal steam bath, daily fruit and water, scheduled transport to Ubud if required, and a few carefully curated surprises along the way.
Not included: flights, insurance, airport transfers, lunches, alcohol, food or drink outside of scheduled meals, and any additional spa treatments or activities outside the program.
What should I bring?
Your yoga mat if you choose, though mats are available on site. All your regular travel items (both clothing and essentials). Comfortable practice wear and warmer layers for the cooler mountain evenings/mornings. Bagus Jati is casual — you won't need anything fancy.
Can I upgrade my room?
Yes. Accommodation options include Superior Chalets, Superior Villas, and Deluxe Spa Villas. Single occupancy is also available if you'd prefer your own space. Reach out to us directly and we'll find the right option for you.
What's the cancellation policy?
All bookings are subject to our full terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read the T&Cs before booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment. View full terms and conditions.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes — travel insurance is compulsory for Remedy. Your policy should cover medical, emergency evacuation, cancellation, and yoga as an activity. We recommend purchasing it at the time of booking. Proof of insurance will be required prior to the retreat. If you're unsure what to look for, our full terms and conditions outline the minimum requirements. View full terms and conditions.
How do I get there?
Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali. Bagus Jati is approximately 50km north of the airport — around 90 minutes by car depending on traffic. We recommend booking a private transfer in advance. We'll provide a recommended driver and full logistics information closer to the date.
