OUR 60-MIN SIGNATURE CLASS
Master our 60 minute signature class, including asana, pranayama and meditation, so you can step in front of any group of students with confidence. We break this down into 6 parts and progress week on week to teach a full 60-minute practice. It's one that you can teach time and time again to build your teaching skillset.

Get personalised analysis and feedback on your teaching. You will submit a video recording of your teaching each week, which I will analyse and share written feedback on. In our weekly group calls we'll discuss common trends in the group and areas to work on.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The evolv. mentorship is an 8-week course, held online.
You will receive a pdf manual to use as your study guide, access to evolv. premium for the duration of the mentorship, weekly group coaching calls, personalised feedback for each part and all the tools needed to take your teaching to the next level.
The course is based around our signature evolv. class, a 60-minute sequence which is broken down into a 6 part framework.
Each week you will submit a video recording of your teaching and will receive personalised written feedback. In our weekly group call we discuss common trends within the group, answer any questions and provide instruction on the next week of work.
Using our signature framework you will learn how to build intelligently sequenced classes for any style or length, offer effective verbal cueing and alignment techniques to guide your students safely, weave themes and philosophy into your teaching and step into your space with confidence, enthusiasm and authority.
HOW MANY HOURS PER WEEK IS IT?
How much time you spend on the program each week is completely up to you.
However, we recommend a minimum of 1 hour per day to learn the content for each part and practice your teaching.
And 1 hour is required per week for the group coaching call.
A good idea is to practice the sequence verbally whenever you can. The might be in the car, in the line for coffee 😏, while walking the dog, or anywhere really. It's a great way to develop your cueing skills and get familiar with hearing your own voice.
