FAQs
Do I need yoga teaching experience?
You need a minimum of one accredited 200-hour YTT. Teaching experience helps but is not required — many participants are brand new to teaching. But we also have many experienced teachers looking to fine tune their skills. The program meets you where you are.
How much time does it require each week?
A minimum of 1–2 hours per day for self-study and practice, plus 90 minutes for the weekly group call. The more you put in, the faster the growth.
What if I can't make a weekly live call?
Calls are recorded and available to watch in your own time. Life happens — you won't fall behind for missing one.
Is this only for Vinyasa yoga teachers?
The framework is built around our signature Vinyasa class, but the sequencing principles, cueing techniques, and class energetics apply across all styles. Most participants teach Vinyasa yoga — but the skills transfer.
What's with the application process?
Not every teacher is the right fit for this program — and that's intentional. The Evolv. Method is built for teachers who are serious, committed, and ready to be challenged. An application lets us make sure it's right for you before you invest. Submit an initial application and we'll review it within 48 hours. If it's a fit, you'll receive a second intake form before your place is confirmed and payment is processed.
